The ShoreTel 560G is an IP phone with a wealth of features meant for ShoreTel phone systems. The ShoreTel 560G supports 6 lines, twice as many as the ShoreTel 230 making this an executive based phone for those who need to handle large volumes of calls. Four soft keys are context sensitive that enable more advanced programmable features direct from the phone itself. The ShoreTel offers a large, graphical display that contains self-labeling keys for each available line. The IP560G offers a full duplex speakerphone for conference calls, and a headset jack has been built into the phone to support hands-free calling.
