Almost all companies that resell phones on the Internet are selling “used” phones. These phones are sold “as is” and do not come with any warranty. A refurbished phone, on the other hand, has been tested, cleaned and defective parts have been replaced. Refurbished equipment is ready for your environment prior to delivery. Here at UzedBiz we pride ourselves on making sure we are delivering the best quality products available to our customers. Yes, our products have previously been used by other companies. All of our equipment has been cleaned, tested, and if necessary, new parts installed or replaced. That’s why we provide a guarantee on all of our products for a minimum of 30 days.

Full refunds will be issued if requested within 14 days from the purchase date. UzedBiz.com will provide a label for return shipping for refunded or exchanged products if requested within 14 days (refunds) or 30 days (replacement). Once UzedBiz.com receives the device(s) being returned, we will test to confirm the device is still operable and then refund the credit card originally charged. Any device returned outside of 14 days will be covered under our 30-day replacement guarantee.
Of course you can always purchase extended warranties. In the cases of extended warranties on any device, UzedBiz.com will replace the warrantied part(s) with the same model. If that model is no longer available, we’ll provide a comparable model. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Warranties do not cover shipping costs, loss or damage in shipping.
